The Dream Manager® Program
At the core of our work is The Dream Manager® Program - a three year program designed to increase employee engagement, reduce undesired turnover, and maximize teamwork. Floyd Consulting will provide your company with a Dream Manager® to meet with a small group of your employees each month, either one-on-one (as in the book) or in a class setting. For smaller companies, this will continue for the life of the program. For larger companies, after a successful pilot is underway, Floyd will help you find, recruit, train, and develop a Dream Manager® ( or Dream Managers) just for your company.
